How long have you been in business?

We have been in business as a family and working in the Northern Chicagoland area as well as the Northern and Western Suburbs and North Shore area since 1987.

 

Who is the owner of your firm?

Zbigniew Sterczynski or “Ziggy” and Filip Pindral are the owners of our firm, however three generations of our family work full-time in our business.

 

How was your firm started?

Our firm was started by Zbigniew Sterczynski and his son-in-law Robert Pindral in 1987. Robert and Zbigniew had moved our family here from Poland the year before in order to start their new business here in the States. In Poland Zbigniew worked as a building engineer and also owned his own successful construction company while Robert did mechanical and electrical work. Robert’s technical know-how perfectly complemented Zbigniew’s experience running his own businesses and over the years the two of them as well as the rest of our family worked together to build a now growing and very successful business.

 

What are your official credentials?

We are licensed and bonded and our entire firm including all of our workers are insured. We are also legally incorporated in the state of Illinois as Delta C. Construction Inc. and registered with Angie’s List and the Better Business Bureau. Delta C. Tuckpointing and Delta Tuckpointing are the division names we use to refer to this branch our of services.

 

Can I see some references or reviews of your work?

Of course. We have an entire page full of our references that you can contact and we also have a page that links to other sites which have reviews of our work. We are also listed on the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List, and Citysearch. We can also provide you with additional references per your request that are closer to your area or more closely related to your kind of project.

 

Can you help me design my project or show me some samples?

Yes and yes. We can help you design your project so that it turns out exactly the way that you want it to and we can also bring you samples from our suppliers. We can also get any other brands and materials you might want to make sure your project turns out the way that you want it to.

Is the person who came to my home just a salesman?

No. Our firm is entirely family-owned and operated and we do not employ salesmen. Ziggy and Filip are the ones who give estimates and meet with our clients. They are friendly and professional and will not only help you figure out what you want to do, but they will also help plan out your entire project with you from start to finish.

 

Who will be in charge of the work done on my home?

Both Ziggy and Filip will be directing the work at your home. Ziggy handles most business matters and Filip helps on a day-to-day basis making sure that our crews stay on task and finish on time. They will always be available to speak or meet with you if you have any concerns.

 

How will I know what you sort of work you will be doing on my home and what it will cost?

We always go over every detail of your project in our estimate and before you sign a contract. Our goal is always to make sure that your project is done the way that you want it to and that you are always aware of the costs of our work before we get started. If there are ever any unforeseeable costs or difficulties or if you change your mind about something while we are working we will always notify you of the related changes as well as their costs.

 

I’m working on a budget, does that mean that I’l have to sacrifice quality?

Absolutely not. We understand that these days many people are on budgets but that they also want the highest quality service and materials for their home remodeling project. Our commitment is to always make sure that you stay within your budget and we will do everything that we can to make sure that you get the best deals on your materials as well as the most efficient service. We are very flexible in terms of the price ranges that we can work in and we will always do everything that we can to make sure that you get the absolute highest quality work done at a price that you are comfortable with.

 

How do I know that I received a fair price for my project?

Our goal is always to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied with both our service and workmanship and we always try to give you a price that allows for the highest quality materials and installation while staying as cost-effective as possible. Ziggy and Filip will be in touch with you during the entire project. If you ever have any questions or concerns about what is being done on your home they will always be available. Filip is in the field daily while Ziggy can often be found both in the office and on work sites. They are both available via cell phone or email. Our Office Manager Kathy can also be reached at our office during regular business hours and can help direct your calls or concerns to either Ziggy or Filip as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

How do I know that my work will be done on time and on budget?

Our firm has been continually in business since 1987 and the reason that we have been able to operate and grow so successfully is that we have always made serving our clients and honoring our agreements our top priorities. Barring any unforeseeable problems or obstacles we always make sure that we stay within the boundaries of our agreements with our clients.

You can also contact our references and they will verify that we always do everything that we can to make sure our projects are done on time and on budget.

 

Can I make changes to my project along the way?

Yes. Despite the fact that we plan everything out with you beforehand we understand that sometimes our clients might want to make changes to their projects before they are completed. If that is the case we are always flexible and do everything that we can to accommodate your changes as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.
